Effective fire protection through innovative throwers and infrared early fire detection

Our fully automatic extinguishing monitor systems protect critical facilities in industry, logistics, recycling, and marine applications—reliably, precisely, and around the clock.
Advantages of our system
How the system works
IR cameras monitor the area you specify, detect hotspots/fires, and control the extinguishing monitors fully automatically according to the defined specifications.
The detection and extinguishing areas are precisely synchronized, and manual control is possible at any time via joystick or app.

FAQ
Our IR cameras detect temperature increases or hotspots and control the extinguishing monitors in a targeted manner. The system can be operated fully automatically or manually.
All components are CE certified, and the IR cameras can be supplied with VdS or EN 54-10 certification. Planning is carried out in accordance with VdS 3884.
Yes, all components are made of stainless steel, IP68 protected, and designed for extreme environments.
Yes, our fire monitors can be connected to existing fire alarm systems, flame detectors and IR cameras.
The systems are low-maintenance. Remote maintenance and remote configuration are possible. Inspections are carried out by T&B’s own service department.
A fire monitor is a controllable jet pipe that can deliver large quantities of extinguishing agents (e.g., water or foam) directly to the source of a fire. Fire monitors are primarily used in industrial plants, recycling facilities, the waste disposal industry, tank farms, and airports.
VdS 3884 is a guideline for the planning and installation of extinguishing systems with monitors. Among other things, it specifies:
Minimum flow rates and throw distances
Control requirements (manual, remote-controlled, automatic)
Ensuring the supply of extinguishing agents
Material storage within the protected area
Regular maintenance and testing
Documentation and
Long range: Monitors can deliver extinguishing agents over long distances.
Flexibility: Swivel alignment enables targeted extinguishing.
Automation: Modern monitors can automatically detect and fight fires.
Safety: Operation from a safe distance, including via remote control.
Support: Fire monitors can serve as an important tool for firefighters, allowing them to direct water at the source of the fire in the affected area without having to advance into that area in unclear situations.
Manual deluge monitors: Operated manually directly on site.
Electric/remote-controlled monitors: Can be controlled remotely.
Automatic monitors: Work with fire detectors and control themselves.
Extinguishing monitors are integrated into fire protection concepts to protect specific exposed areas. Planning is carried out after risk analysis and in accordance with VdS 3884. Integration includes selecting suitable monitor types, determining positions, and ensuring the supply of extinguishing agents.
There are currently no VdS-certified extinguishing monitors.
Compliance with VdS 3884 ensures the effectiveness and reliability of the extinguishing system, facilitates approval by insurers and authorities, and may be relevant in terms of liability in the event of damage.
